Yes, we familiarize ourselves with the customer’s needs and objectives. Next, we define SOW with their main deliverables during the scooping sessions. Both parties must sign a mutual agreement.

Yes, we offer scooping sessions to familiarize ourselves with your business needs and define SOW. Once SOW is determined as final, we provide the proposal. This is covered by one of our service Custom Ticketing System.

We usually take the lead and manage the project on the project management board, to which the customer is invited. Communication usually happens via email, Slack, meetings, and video screen recordings.

We do accept bank transfers and Wise payments.

Usually, we divide projects into separate services with their respective quotes. We request payment only upon completion of the service.

Pricing is defined for Zendesk account size between 1-30 seats (Zendesk members). Larger accounts usually require additional configuration. Therefore, pricing might differ.

We can provide SOP upon the customer’s request. Usually, customers who have chosen our Zendesk Admin Assist Service has SOP documentation managed by Plement.
